Frantoio D’Orazio was established in 1964 in Conversano, a land of ancient olive trees and olive-growing tradition.

For three generations, the family has carried on the art of extra virgin olive oil extraction: today, Francesco continues the work started by his grandfather and uncle Peppino, with the same care and attention as always.

An Apulian olive mill
where nature is life

Amidst centuries-old olive trees and even older farming traditions, the D'Orazio Oil Mill stands. A place where, for three generations, the ancient ritual of extracting extra virgin olive oil has been performed. Francesco, like his uncle Peppino and his father before him, carries on the family tradition in a land where time flows slowly, dedicated to beauty and authentic goodness.

In a peasant world that dictates the rules of life, the ritual of the olive harvest is celebrated every year.

Green, black, small, or large. They are precious fruits that we still harvest as we always did, with the same dedication, the same passion for good, healthy things.

The olives that reach our mill then become the superior quality oil that can give moments of pleasure to every palate.
