Our Multivarietal extra virgin olive oil is produced by jointly pressing eight different olive cultivars: Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona, and Nociara.
The harmonious blend of these varieties creates a balanced oil that fully expresses the typical aromas and flavors of our region.
